Before a product is sent to the printer, you will receive a digital proof. After approval of the proof, CreaPerfect is no longer liable for any (spelling) errors.
The colour of the digital proof and the final product may differ. This is due to the different ways computers, printers and printing techniques use colours. No rights can be derived from this.
Should there be a major difference, CreaPerfect will contact you.
Payment is required within 14 days of invoice date.
Invoices can only be paid via bank transfer to account: IBAN: NL72 INGB 0106 0393 18 attn. CreaPerfect.
50% is paid in advance and the remaining 50% upon delivery of the service(s) and/or product(s), unless otherwise agreed.
CreaPerfect only delivers custom-made products. As a result, you have no right to return the product. If you wish to cancel your order halfway through the design process, the costs incurred will be charged.
If you are dissatisfied with the final product, you must notify CreaPerfect by e-mail within 7 days of receipt.
When the full invoice amount has been paid you will receive ownership of the product.
CreaPerfect retains the right to use the finished products as its own promotion.
CreaPerfect is not liable for indirect damage. Examples are lost profit and consequential damage.
Products you submit to CreaPerfect must be checked for copyrights. Only products for which you have full copyright may be sent to CreaPerfect. For other products, you must clearly indicate that you do not own the copyrights. If this is not clearly stated, CreaPerfect will assume that you have the copyrights.
